As an integral part of the IT Infrastructure Support Team (ITIST), the On-Site Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality IT support services across various locations/sites. This role primarily focuses on front-end systems such as desktops, laptops, phones, and applications, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. The position requires a strong service-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle urgencies and conflicting priorities with flexibility and efficiency.

Job Description
- Provide hands-on IT Support at designated locations, encompassing IT infrastructure services such as Workplace Services, Networking, Printing, and Servers
- Perform installations and deployments of new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Offer second-line (L2) support and collaborate closely with the ServiceDesk (L1) and other support teams
- Conduct hardware installations and ensure compliance with information system security rules
- Maintain accurate inventory records of assets (hardware and software licenses) and deliver quality documentation including procedures and work instructions
- Adhere to IT Group Standards and ensure services comply with set policies, standards, and agreed SLAs

Specific Assignments
- Support end-user and end-device migration activities into new zones
- Participate in planned migrations of IT zones to ITIST, including network and printer setups

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English (working language)
- Extensive experience with desktop deployments, Windows client upgrades, SCCM & Intune, and Office 365 environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft end-user environment (Windows 10, MS Office), Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with mobile solutions and devices (Android, iPhone) and basic networking concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to read, understand, and create technical documentation
- Willingness to travel to supported sites within DK and Nordic Countries as required

This role involves providing desk-side and remote support to users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs. It requires setting up, configuring, and installing new PCs and associated equipment, along with providing local support for desktop, server, and network infrastructure. Flexibility, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and procedures are paramount, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full driving license is necessary, and experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is preferred.

Work hours: Your 37 weekly work hours will typically be placed in the time period 06:00-18:00 Monday to Friday.
